Lactose and gluten-free. Contains bovine gelatin. Contains iodine in a separate tablet; if you suffer from a thyroid condition, consult your doctor before use. Contains rapidly assimilable carbohydrates (12 g per daily dose); individuals with glucose metabolism disorders should monitor their metabolic parameters during use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the food supplement as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Due to the presence of vitamin B2, urine may turn yellowish. The product contains beta-carotene, which has coloring properties. To avoid mild belching caused by fish oil, the capsules can be taken before bedtime.
Dissolve the contents of one powder packet in 150-200 ml of still water or juice, and drink during or after a meal, together with the enclosed tablet and capsules.
