Orthomol sport is a food supplement with sugar and sweeteners containing nutrients needed by athletes:
Magnesium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function.
Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid and vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper and iodine contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Vitamin C contributes to maintaining normal immune system function during and after intense physical exercise.
Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to normal oxygen transport in the body.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance.
With L-carnitine, coenzyme Q10 and omega-3 fatty acids.
How long should Orthomol sport be taken?
To meet the body’s special and increased need for nutrients, this product can be used regularly and long-term, and it is also suitable for short-term use.

Orthomol sport is lactose-free and gluten-free.
Orthomol sport contains bovine gelatin and complies with Halal dietary requirements.
The daily serving of Orthomol sport contains 8.4 g of readily available carbohydrates. Therefore, in the case of glucose metabolism disorders, metabolic parameters should be monitored during use.
Orthomol sport contains an iodine tablet. If you have thyroid disorders, consult a doctor before use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use a food supplement as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Are there any other important notes?
Because Orthomol sport contains vitamin B2, the urine may turn yellow when taking Orthomol sport. This phenomenon is not significant.
The product contains beta-carotene, which has colouring properties. Stains caused by the product on fabric may be difficult to wash out.
Due to the ingredients in the product, slight colour changes may occur in some cases on the inner surface of the packaging. This does not affect product quality.
In some cases, mild belching may occur due to the fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids) in the capsules. To avoid belching, the capsules can be taken before bedtime.
