Do not choose compression-boot size from height or trouser size alone. Therabody’s current EU chart starts with outseam: from slightly below the top of your hip bone to the floor, without shoes.
If you fall between sizes, the manufacturer recommends sizing down. In the overlap zone, check thigh circumference; inseam and height are confirmation measurements.
Key points
Outseam without shoes is the main measurement.
Measure the widest thigh in the overlap zone.
Between sizes, usually size down.
Take the three measurements
Outseam: stand tall without shoes and measure from 2–5 cm below the top of the hip bone to the floor.
Thigh: measure the widest point while standing, especially for an 86–92.5 cm outseam.
Inseam: measure from the bottom of the groin to the ankle bone as a final check.

Handle an overlap
For an 86–92.5 cm outseam, measure the thigh. Above 66 cm, Therabody directs users to Short; below 66 cm, Regular is usually indicated. If measurements disagree, contact INTERVALS before ordering.
First-fit check
Put both boots on while seated, smooth the material and start at the lowest pressure. The heel and knee should sit naturally, without severe bunching or painful pressure. Stop for tingling, numbness or pain.
