If taking medicines for sleep disorders, depression (e.g. MAO inhibitors or serotonin reuptake inhibitors), or Parkinson’s disease (e.g. levodopa), use only after medical advice. In glucose-tolerance disorders, use only with careful metabolic monitoring; the hot-drink serving contains 4 g carbohydrates. Do not exceed the daily serving.
