In the case of glucose metabolism disorders, metabolic parameters should be monitored during use. The daily serving contains 12 g of readily available carbohydrates.
Orthomol vital contains 165 μg of biotin per daily serving. If you are scheduled for laboratory immunological tests, inform your doctor or laboratory staff about taking Orthomol vital, as it may affect test results.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Are there any other important notes?
When taking Orthomol vital, the urine may turn yellow due to the riboflavin (vitamin B2) it contains.
The product contains beta-carotene, which has colouring properties. Stains caused by the product on fabric may be difficult to wash out.
In some cases, the fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids) in the capsule may cause mild belching. To avoid belching, the capsules can be taken before bedtime.
