Isostar Energy Bar Cereals Multifruits energy bar with multifruit and grain flavour contains a complex of simple and complex carbohydrates that provide energy during intense and prolonged exercise.
The energy bar contains a rich dose of vitamins B1, B2, PP, C and E.
Vitamins B2, B6 and C help to ensure optimal energy metabolism, or the conversion of nutrients into energy, and reduce weakness and fatigue.
Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
The energy bar is low in lipids, which improves absorption rate.
