Hands-free, immersive first-person X5 footage
Insta360 X5 POV Chest Mount positions the camera high on the chest for stable, immersive first-person footage. It is designed for mountain biking, motocross, skiing and other active sports where both hands need to remain free.
Why choose this product
Up to 170° FreeFrame view
In X5 Single-Lens Mode FreeFrame Video, the setup can capture a very wide view showing both the action and the surroundings.
Stable footage on rough terrain
The mount is intended for off-road and downhill use where a secure, predictable camera position matters.
Lightweight and adjustable
Non-slip adjustable straps help fit the mount to different clothing layers and body shapes.
Designed for airflow and audio
The open design supports airflow and helps retain clearer audio at higher speeds.
Made for MTB, motocross and skiing
The high position can include hands, handlebars or skis while retaining a clear view of the route. X5 FreeFrame footage can then be adapted for horizontal or vertical delivery.
Choose the right angle for road use
For road cycling and motorcycling, Insta360 recommends the separate Chest Strap because it provides a better filming angle. This POV model prioritizes a more active off-road perspective.
