What is Orthomol Magnesium Plus?

Orthomol Magnesium Plus is a food supplement.
It contains magnesium, which contributes to normal muscle function, and superoxide dismutase obtained from melon juice concentrate. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal nervous system function and normal protein synthesis, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Cantaloupe melon (Cucumis melo) was cultivated in Iran around 5,000 years ago. It then reached Europe through the eastern Mediterranean. Its name comes from the town of Cantalupo in Italy, north of Rome. Cantaloupe melon contains the enzyme superoxide dismutase.

How long should Orthomol Magnesium Plus be taken?

The body needs nutrients every day. This product can be used regularly and long-term, as well as in courses.

What should be observed?

• In some cases, taking magnesium may increase intestinal motility.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Do not use a food supplement as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Are there any other important notes?

The servings are in transparent capsule form; if necessary, the capsules can be opened and their contents mixed into cold or lukewarm foods or drinks.
