A more stable action setup
Horizontal mounting is useful on bikes, motorcycles and other rigs where a lower camera position is preferred. Use the vertical point when a narrower footprint or the geometry of an existing mount matters more.
Check every connection
Before active shooting, tighten the 1/4-inch screw or fully lock the 2-prong connection. If another quick-release adapter is used, check its lock as well.
